Well, it certainly has been a big week for us, launching our first ever e-book, Functional Fermented Nutrition! The response has been overwhelming and we hope that you have as much fun learning and experimenting with these tips and recipes as we did!

Check out these figs straight from my Papa’s tree. Fermenting is all about trial and error. I have never fermented figs before but thought I would give it a go. It's also a small jar, so I adjusted the amount of Kultured Wellness kefir I used to start it. I used 2 tablespoons. I'll let you know how it goes.

I often chat with my clients about what your body gets up to at different times of the day. How cool is this? It’s all there is one place. When I struggled with my health I would always wake up every night at the same time anxious and thirsty. Wish I knew then what I know now.
