Our apple juice starter is ideal if you have allergies or intolerances to coconut starters. It’s also great if you just like apples. This starter will make 10 litres of fermented apple juice that will support your gut microbiome (and keep the doctor away).

Please note, we only dispatch our cultures Monday to Thursday. This is to ensure that they arrive quickly & bursting with probiotic goodness. We hate to see them held up over the weekend!
