- 450 g raw beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 120 g of your homemade coconut yoghurt made from your Kultured Wellness starter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 20 g avocado or olive oil
- Blend all ingredients together until well combined, using either a blender or food processor.
